My rates are based on the amount of time your pet takes me to groom . . .
Several variables effect the final cost of your pet's groom. These factors can include breed, weight, height, length of coat desired, interval between grooming sessions, condition of coat, style of cut requested, and behavior of your pet.
However, what all these variables boil down to is TIME. How long will your groomer have to spend on your pet? Pets that take less time will be less expensive and pets that take longer (for whatever reason) will be more costly.
Even pets of the same breed may be charged differently when other variables are taken into consideration. For example, if you have a yorkie that is average size for it's breed, well trained for grooming, maintained in a shorter pet style, and you bring your pet in every 4 weeks, your price would be much cheaper than your neighbor's yorkie who is twice the size it should be, refuses to stay still on the groomer's table, whose owner requests a longer style requiring more hand scissoring, and they only have him groomed once every 8 weeks. It is clear to see how the second dog would take a groomer significantly more time to finish than the first dog.
Because of these various factors, it is impossible to give a firm quote for any pet until your groomer actually works with your pet to complete it's groom. However, the following pricing chart may be used as a ROUGH GUIDE in estimating prices for grooming:
Please note that at this time, I do not accept pets over 50 pounds. Thank you for your understanding
